NWGIA Spring Conference, May 18-21, 2010 -Spokane, Washington at Northern Quest Resort and Casino. The conference will cover a wide range of criminal gangs, taught by recognized experts in the field of street gangs and related topics.  The subject matter will be beneficial to all law enforcement personnel and is projected to include the following topic listed below.
